Lost Lore Tahona Blanco is a premium, unaged tequila that leans fully into traditional craft methods, designed for enthusiasts who appreciate purity, terroir and the character of 100% Blue Weber agave. Crafted in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico, this expression celebrates the agave’s natural flavors by using stone-wheel (tahona) crushing, open-brick oven cooking and copper-pot distillation. 

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Crystal clear, with bright gleams and a hint of silver-white reflection  typical of an unaged blanco.

• Nose: Cooked agave leads immediately, paired with an earthy minerality (wet cement, stone) and fresh herbaceous notes (fresh cut grass, olive brine).

• Palate: Vivid and lively — forward agave sweetness, a dash of citrus zest, mild black pepper spice, and a saline-mineral backbone. The tahona extraction gives a textured mouth-feel and a hint of olive/green-olive-brine character.

• Finish: Clean and sharp, with lingering fresh agave, subtle mineral echo, and a crisp airy fade that keeps the spirit’s brightness alive.
